Meet Mike & Hannah

Mike and Hannah are Realtors and remodelers who specialize in whole-home remodels and real estate development in Indianapolis. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring a unique blend of perspective and expertise from both the function and design sides of residential construction, which has proven invaluable while guiding their clients through all phases of the home buying and selling process. In tandem with their remodeling company, Monarch Homes LLC, they have been bringing older homes back to life and assisting their clients through their real estate journeys since 2016. With their wide range of knowledge and experience, they love being able to share information, trade ideas, and form lasting connections with others.

A true Indianapolis-born Hoosier, Hannah graduated from Indiana University and has been carrying on the multi-generational family business of real estate. Hannah’s mother worked as an agent for 19 years, and her grandmother also worked in the profession. Hannah says, “It’s in my blood.” Although he was born in Maine, Mike made his way to Indiana via Purdue University and has been here ever since. After meeting here in Indianapolis, one of the things Mike and Hannah bonded over was their shared love of all things “home”, which they have successfully turned into a career.

In addition to working as Realtors and remodelers, they are also on-camera personalities for Delta Faucet. They have over 100 how-to videos on Delta Faucet’s website and YouTube page, which also show up on major retailer websites like Amazon and Home Depot. Hannah also is the “voice” of Masco, Delta’s parent corporation, as she records all the phone tree voice prompts for all of Masco’s plumbing brands.

Mike and Hannah have two children, Leo and Evie, and a Samoyed named Shaka.
